At Woolx, we want you to love your high-performance merino wool gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. If your garment doesn't provide the perfect fit or comfort, our hassle-free process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with tags still attached into a secure shipping mailer and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
